Send us your drawings and we can prepare and ship everything for you in a container to site.
We produce flatpack housing within a “first phase” delivery which includes:
- Timber frame walls with triple glazed windows, external doors and balcony doors.
- Roof trusses with roofing boards, roofing felt, battens and counter battens.
Animated Flash presentation
A flatpack housing within a “first phase” delivery represents about 30% of the total cost for a completed house.
The flatpack housing was originally developed in Sweden and has through the years been modified by Japanese engineers. The manufacturing process is highly automated. Today there are 37 different frames. The frames are made in the following sizes.

This system of construction allows you to create houses that fit every requirement.
The timber frames are made of individually selected Swedish timber with
a measure of 45×145 mm (1.8 x 5.7 inches). The high-quality Lamda
33 mineral wool insulation inside the frames is 145 mm (5.71 inches).
On the inside there is a 0.2 mm (0.0079 inches) thick cling film and a
9.2 mm (0.36 inches) thick board. On the outside there is a 9.5 mm (0.37
inches) thick plywood. The frames can be delivered with pre-installed
vertical plastic pipes for electric cables.
Windows & Balcony doors
The windows and balcony doors are triple-glazed; each pane of glass is
4 mm (0.1575 inches) The window frames are impregnated and painted.
Trusses
The roof construction is calculated in a computerized program and are in every specified project adapted to the lokal building code and legislation in every country.

Delivery
After being produced in our factory in Sweden, the timber frames are loaded into containers and transported by train to the Gothenburg harbour for further transportation by ship. Depending on the order volume, the timber frame house can be delivered in two ways:
- Groups of 7 that are loaded with exact precision into one container. This is recommended way for high volume orders, with delivery to a warehouse.
- One complete house in one container. This is recommended way for low volume orders, with delivery to a building site.
